Payment Methods



Payment in Advance

You pay the invoice amount by bank transfer. The order will be processed as soon as your payment is received. Please note that international Bank Transfers can take up to 3 days to process.The order will automatically expire if no payment is received within 14 days.

Payment by Credit Card

You can pay with MasterCard, VISA, and American Express.
Credit card details are not stored by us but are directly transferred to the credit card company.

We protect your transactions in every possible way. Personal data, such as credit card or account numbers, name, or address, is encrypted before leaving your home PC and transmitted over the Internet. We use the recognized secure "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) transmission with 128-bit encryption.

Payment via PayPal

You can also pay for your purchases with us through PayPal. Add your desired items to the shopping cart.
Select "PayPal" as the payment method and your preferred delivery service.
Follow the further instructions in the shop.

Before finalizing your order,  you will be prompted by PayPal in a separate window to initiate the payment.
Once this process is completed, proceed with the actual order process. As soon as PayPal notifies us of the payment and your ordered goods are available, we will promptly send them to you.

By the way:
You do not need to be a registered PayPal customer to use this payment method. Simply sign up for PayPal during the payment process.

Important notes:
Pick-up is also possible with the PayPal payment method.
If there are any issues with your order or the delivery of the goods, please contact our customer service first.
Please note that amounts paid to us via PayPal in the event of a subsequent cancellation will be credited to your PayPal account. From there, you can arrange a transfer to your bank account.

Payment via Klarna

By selecting this payment option, the processing is handled by Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden.
Klarna is a payment service provider that offers various payment options. By using Klarna as a payment method, you accept Klarna's General Terms and Conditions.
Klarna offers different payment options to make the shopping process more flexible and convenient.
Payment options include:

- Invoice:
When choosing the Klarna invoice option, you receive the ordered products before you have to pay. The invoice is often offered with a payment deadline of 14 or 30 days, giving you time to inspect the products before payment is due.
- Installment Payment:
The invoice amount can be paid in several monthly installments.
- Pay Now:
This option allows you to pay the total amount immediately when placing the order. It is a simple and fast method directly debited from the bank account.
- Pay Later:
With the "Pay Later" option, you can receive the products first and pay the invoice amount at a later date, typically within 14 or 30 days after receiving the goods.
Please note that the availability of these options may vary depending on the country and is subject to the discretion of the payment service provider.

Payment via Sofortüberweisung / Instant Bank Transfer


By selecting this payment option, the processing is handled by Sofort GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339.
When choosing the "Sofortüberweisung" payment method, the payment is made directly from your bank account using the Sofortüberweisung service. The transaction takes place through the secure interface of the payment service provider.

Cash on Delivery

You pay the invoice amount in cash to your delivery person upon receipt of the ordered goods. Please note that additional shipping costs may apply due to the additional administrative effort for the shipping service provider.

Limitation of Offered Payment Methods

We offer some payment methods only up to a certain order value. The amount of your current personal order value varies depending on creditworthiness and order/payment behavior. Outstanding payments from past orders may temporarily reduce your personal order value.

The payment method cash on delivery is only available to a limited extent for deliveries through a shipping partner and for international shipments.

Internal Credit Policies

We reserve the right to allow only certain payment methods based on your previous ordering and payment behavior. If your customer account has outstanding items, a new order is only possible once the outstanding items are settled.

We ask for your understanding that we cannot fully disclose our internal credit policies for competitive reasons. In addition to obtaining external credit information and scores, internally available data, such as your past payment behavior, item selection, and order amount, play a crucial role. Based on this information, we decide which payment methods to allow.

We obtain information about your past payment behavior and credit information based on mathematical-statistical procedures using address data from infoscore Consumer Data GmbH, Rheinstr. 99, 76532 Baden-Baden. If a credit check reveals that the buyer is not creditworthy, ASP Eberle e.K. reserves the right to refuse the order.
