Shipping Costs

We work with the shipping service providers DPD and UPS for standard and express deliveries. 
The selection of shipping options can be made at the time of purchase.
DPD: Standard shipping for deliveries within Germany costs €6.00 for end consumers.
For express shipping (until 12:00 pm the following day), a fee of €14.00 is charged. 
UPS: Standard shipping for deliveries within Germany costs €8.00 for end consumers.
Express shipping incurs a fee of €23.00.

For international orders, especially non-EU countries, shipping costs are higher accordingly.
For bulky or very heavy items, a surcharge may be applied per item, or delivery may be carried out by a freight carrier.

You can find the shipping costs for orders to foreign countries after adding the items to your cart.

Note: Deliveries to non-EU countries may incur additional fees such as customs or taxes.

Delivery Time

Unless otherwise agreed upon or indicated differently on the item, we deliver within 3 working days after receiving your order.  Deliveries are made daily, Monday through Friday, with our shipping service providers. 
You can find the delivery time for freight deliveries in the notification from the freight carrier.

Delay / Delivery Issues

If a delay occurs, we will inform you promptly. 
Together we will find the best solution for you. Your legal rights remain unaffected.
In the event of unavailability of the ordered goods, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In this case, we will inform you immediately and refund any payments received promptly.

Shipping inside the EU

Shipping is generally available throughout the European Union.
However, due to occasional zone surcharges from our parcel service providers, we cannot fully reflect all shipping costs. If you wish to have a delivery to a country not covered by us, we will try to assist you.

Shipping outside the EU

Express

The payment methods prepayment and cash on delivery are not combinable with express shipping! Please understand that we cannot guarantee delivery to German islands the next day by 12:00 pm.

Minimum Order Value

There is no minimum order value.

Delivery Address and Billing Address

The delivery and billing addresses do not have to be identical. You can have your orders delivered to your business address or to a DHL Packstation. Delivery to a Packstation is not possible with the payment method cash on delivery.

Return Period

You can return all items purchased in our shop within 14 days of receiving the goods. 
Please note that items can only be accepted in their original condition. The goods must not show any signs of use.
The same conditions apply to discounted items.
Please keep the parcel delivery receipt for any inquiries.

Returns

You can use the return form here . Please include the filled out document with your return.
The return process can only be completed if a copy of the invoice and the signed return form are included with the package. Packages for collection or packages sent by cash on delivery will not be accepted.
Items must be in the undamaged original box. (This also applies to dirty boxes.) If items need to be repackaged or the original box is damaged or missing, we reserve the right to deduct a reduction equal to the expenses incurred.
Used items or items that were assembled are excluded from return or exchange, except for items claimed due to a warranty.

Refund Process

The refund is usually made no later than 14 working days after receiving and checking your return.

Purchase by Credit Card, Klarna, Paypal: The product value will be refunded to the originally used payment method. 
Purchase by Cash on Delivery: The amount (excluding cash on delivery fees) will be refunded to your bank account. Therefore, please provide your complete bank details (account holder/IBAN/BIC) on the return form. 
Purchase by Prepayment: The amount will be refunded to your bank account. Therefore, please provide your complete bank details (account holder/IBAN/BIC) on the return form. 
Purchase on Invoice: If no payment has been made yet, the product value for the returned goods can be deducted from the total invoice amount. If you return the entire order, you do not need to pay anything. If you return goods that you have already paid for, we will transfer the product value to your account.
